| Description for specialists | Collection of 29000 Macrolepidoptera Rhopalocera originated from the collections of C. Prola (50%), Querci-Romei (30%), Ganev and Rostagno (10%) and minor collections (Provera, Garavaglia, Vita, Butti) (10%). The material was collected during 1980-1990 (most of the collection, 40%), 1930-1940 (40%), before 1930 and after 1990 (20%), in the Palaearctic Region. There are represented the follows families: Papilionidae, Danaidae, Satyridae, Nymphalidae, Hesperiidae, Lycaenidae, Pieridae.
