Description for specialistsCollection of 16000 Macrolepidoptera Rhopalocera originated from the collections of Haugum (45%), P. Butti (45%) and minor collectors (10%) in the Southern Hemisphere, supplemented by some specimens from the Holoarctic Region and other miscellaneous material, collected during the years 1930-1940 (5%), 1970-1990 (90%), after 1990 (5%). There are represented: Papilionidae, Danaidae, Satyridae, Nymphalidae, Hesperiidae, Lycaenidae, Pieridae.
